The Director of Client Growth is the primary business owner accountable for client growth, retention, commercial execution, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals. This role involves strengthening senior client relationships, driving weekly organic revenue growth, owning account plans, renewals, and retention. The Director is responsible for executing growth levers, maintaining pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, and developing strategic executive stories. Proactive identification of growth opportunities and risks is also a key expectation. The role's impact is measured by converting whitespace into revenue, securing renewals, driving pipeline to meet targets, mitigating account risk, and ensuring cross-functional team commitments are met. The Director owns account strategy, growth planning, forecast accuracy, business review storytelling, ensuring client value understanding, and team coaching/development. They escalate margin risk, pricing exceptions, enterprise escalations, and major contract restructures.
