We’re looking for a Director of Client Delivery to lead our consulting organization, own the client experience end-to-end, and scale a world-class delivery practice. This is a senior leadership role for someone who operates with both strategic vision and operational discipline—and who knows that exceptional client outcomes start with exceptional people. Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the full portfolio of client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business outcomes across all accounts
• Serve as the executive point of escalation for complex client situations and high-stakes accounts
• Drive and maintain 95%+ client retention and revenue retention across the consulting portfolio
• Represent the firm at live events, virtual summits, webinars, podcasts, and industry speaking engagements
• Lead, hire, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing consulting team aligned to a Right Person, Right Seat model
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, consultant audits, and structured coaching conversations
• Build career pathways and succession plans that develop consultants into senior contributors and future leaders
• Champion a delivery culture grounded in accountability, client advocacy, and continuous improvement
• Drive internal referrals and a raving-fan culture where both clients and consultants actively promote the firm
• Partner with senior leadership to define consulting strategy, service delivery models, and client engagement frameworks
• Lead the development and refresh of consulting content including Virtual Academy materials, webinars, live events, and thought-leadership programs (refreshed every 3–5 years)
• Own resourcing decisions, consultant assignments, and project scoping across the portfolio
• Identify and activate opportunities to expand client engagements, deepen relationships, and grow consulting revenue
