About The Position

The Director of Children's Ministry will develop and implement a comprehensive program to establish a biblical foundation in the lives of children. The role supports and coordinates volunteer teachers, recruits children to participate, and ensures childcare needs are met. The church currently offers Sunday School and Children’s Church on Sunday mornings and hopes to grow its ministry to children. Weekly demands fluctuate, with the position expected to average 10–15 hours per week. This is an on-site position with office hours and required attendance at weekend services. The position may require licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
