At The LINE DC, located in Adams Morgan, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the hotel's next chapter. The Director of Catering is responsible for leading the catering sales function, driving revenue through proactive business development, and overseeing event execution in partnership with the Food & Beverage team. This role is crucial for the strategic growth of the catering segment, focusing on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and establishing the hotel as a premier event destination in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality professional with an established network in the DC market, capable of leveraging relationships across various sectors to secure high-value business and foster long-term partnerships. Beyond sales leadership, the Director will ensure an elevated guest experience by providing oversight and support for event execution, aligning with brand standards.
