Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in catering and conference services management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven sales and business development acumen
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed
• Proficiency in event planning software and technology

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for catering and conference services
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with clients to create customized event packages and menus
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
