We're seeking a results-driven leader who excels at driving operational performance, building high-performing teams, leveraging data analytics, and developing strategic partnerships to support a growing nationwide cash management operation. As the Director of Cash Management, you will lead the end-to-end cash management operation responsible for managing $300-$400 million in cash circulation across Cash Depot's nationwide ATM network. You will oversee forecasting, cash optimization, supplier performance, team development, and operational strategy to ensure cash is available when and where it is needed while minimizing expenses and maximizing ATM uptime. This leader will manage a growing team of cash management professionals while serving as the primary liaison for key banking and armored carrier partners. Through data analytics, process improvement, and operational leadership, you will drive performance, improve efficiencies, and support the company's continued growth. This is more than a traditional operations leadership role. You'll oversee a critical business function responsible for ensuring the movement, forecasting, optimization, and availability of hundreds of millions of dollars across a nationwide ATM network. Your decisions will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational performance, cost management, supplier relationships, and company profitability. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field required.
10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance, treasury, cash management, logistics, or related fields.
Prior leadership and team management experience required.
Experience managing vendors, suppliers, banking relationships, or logistics partners.
Strong understanding of forecasting, cash flow management, expense control, and financial analysis.
Experience utilizing dashboards, reporting tools, and order management systems.
Demonstrated success leading process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven business tools.
Results-oriented leader with a demonstrated ability to drive issues to resolution and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team responsible for ATM cash forecasting, ordering, balancing, and optimization.
Recruit, hire, coach, and conduct performance evaluations for cash management team members.
Utilize data analytics, dashboards, and operational metrics to monitor department performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, armored carriers, and key customers.
Forecast and optimize ATM and operating cash levels to balance availability and cost efficiency.
Oversee operating cash and ATM cash account reconciliation processes.
Identify and implement solutions that reduce interest expense, courier costs, and bank fees.
Monitor cash-outs and coordinate corrective actions to minimize customer impact and improve ATM availability.
Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for recurring operational issues.
Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures across the cash management function.
Continuously pursue automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
Serve as the first point of escalation for the cash management team.
Present key performance metrics and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
Partner with project management and operations teams to support new client onboarding and ATM deployments.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
