About The Position

The Director of Clinical Case Management develops, implements and enforces policies and procedures which support the Hospital's mission, goals and objectives. This role reports directly to the VP of Financial Services.

Requirements

• RN or Social Work degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten years experience as a RN or SW required.
• Five years as a case manager required.
• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse license or Social Work license or Multi-State compact license.
• Computer knowledge for use of Internet, Word, Excel Outlook.
• Knowledge of CMS Standards related to Utilization Management and Utilization Review as well as Conditions of Participation.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years in a mid-management position preferred.
• Knowledge of Sequel an asset.

• Ensures that staff complies with mandatory education, licensure requirements, mandatory health requirements, etc.
