About The Position
This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Case Management to join their organization. The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care.
Requirements
- New Mexico RN or SW license
- Associate of Science Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in care management in an acute care hospital and/or managed care setting required

- BSN strongly preferred
