The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is seeking a Director of Campus Culture Change to lead complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements with colleges, universities, and state higher education systems. This role involves transforming campus culture and climate, building a growing function at CDI, and shaping the consulting model. The Director will own the full consulting arc, from client relationship building to driving project content and ensuring measurable impact. Responsibilities include working with campus leaders to assess readiness, design change strategies, and adapt approaches, while coordinating across CDI teams to maintain high standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, evolve CDI's methodologies, and establish CDI's voice in the broader field of campus culture change.
