The Director of Campaign Communications & Stewardship plays a critical leadership role in advancing the mission of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia by driving donor engagement, retention and growth; leading strategic campaign communications; overseeing broad-based fundraising initiatives; and strengthening the operational infrastructure of the Financial Resource Development (FRD) department. Working closely with the Senior Campaign Associate and Director of Marketing, the Director will serve as a critical bridge between campaign strategy, donor engagement, communications, data and operations. The Director will help ensure that every donor, from broad-based Community Campaign and Super Sunday supporters to major gift donors, feels valued, informed and connected to the Federation’s impact across Greater Philadelphia, Israel and Jewish communities around the world. The Director will help to develop compelling philanthropic communications, implement meaningful donor recognition and stewardship initiatives, and ensure that all campaign communications are timely, strategic and aligned with fundraising priorities. The Director will work closely with volunteers and eventually oversee a committee of volunteer leaders who will assist with donor stewardship, outreach and engagement, helping to build a stronger culture of personal connection and appreciation among this important donor community.
