About The Position

The Director of Business Solution Architecture and Enablement provides visionary leadership across the organization for business solution administration, solution strategy, and integration efforts. This role drives innovation, architecture, and solution integration across multiple internal and external business solutions and platforms to continuously enable staff productivity and enhance customer experience for ministries, members, and internal customers. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technological execution by deploying and administering various internal and external business solutions. This leader will also lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business processes and business solutions that enhance productivity and user satisfaction, in support of corporate strategies. This leader partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to align solution technology and strategy roadmaps with organization initiatives and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise-level technology strategy, business solutioning, solution operation or administration, or enterprise IT.
  • 5 years of technical leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams, including managing external resources
  • Proven experience in managing, integrating, and administering multiple business solutions across complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud architecture, and business solution integration.
  • Hands-on experience with developing solution architectures or IT technical architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budgets and technology roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Cloud).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT and business leaders to develop appropriate technical architecture for CPS corporate business solutions that provide scalable technology and secure operational frameworks to meet current and future needs.
  • Champion changes thoughtfully by partnering with Business leaders to understand current and future business needs, develop solution roadmaps, and ensure smooth adoption of the solutions to meet these needs.
  • Manage relationships with solution providers and vendors to ensure alignment of budgets, support expectations, and vendor capabilities roadmaps with CPS business needs.
  • Translate business needs and staff feedback into improvements in CPS business solutions in support of CPS corporate strategies.
  • Lead, manage, and ensure accountabilities for the secured and reliable operations of CPS business solutions and platforms including Salesforce suites, NetSuite suite, Genesys Call Center suite, Lawson-Infor, Knowledge-Lake document solutions, and other corporate solutions both internal and external.
  • Mentor and develop highly motivated solution administrators and solution integration staff that create trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to CPS success.
  • Securely and reliably implement new enhancements, add-ons, integrations, and changes to CPS business solutions to meet corporate needs and challenges.
  • Optimize and enhance productivity by equipping CPS staff and teams with the appropriate business solutions, training, and strategic methodologies necessary to reduce friction and to excel.
  • Work side by side with business leaders and key stakeholders to create innovative ways of looking at processes, user-adoptions, and other data, and generate insights on how to improve business using CPS solutions.
  • Advocate and introduce industry best practices and development methodology to internal team members, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use and optimization of various internal and external business and external SaaS solutions.
  • Modernize workflows and systems so staff and teams can scale with confidence - turning manual processes into clear, repeatable, people‑friendly ways of working.
