And we believe we’re just getting started! We are seeking a hardworking and experienced leader to oversee the marketplace platforms business. Apple’s foundational technologies help developers build, grow, and scale apps and app marketplaces — including programming languages and development tools that make it easy to build apps for Apple’s ecosystem, specialized software development kits with over 250,000 APIs, beta testing services and feedback programs, distribution via marketplaces and web, and so much more. You will lead the team managing and growing the business that enables developers to access these platforms and technologies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a senior role leading a global business and/or product organization for a software platform, online marketplace, digital service, content platform, or mobile e- commerce product, including meeting regulatory compliance obligations
• BA/BS or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• JD/MBA degree a plus
• Significant experience driving revenue growth and market development from the ground up
• Experience engaging effectively with C-suite executives, including handling high stakes decisions with ease, delivering effective presentations, influencing decision-makers to adopt a recommendation

Responsibilities

• Oversee Apple’s marketplace platforms strategy and business development, including the Core Technology Commission (CTC) and alternative app distribution on iOS and iPadOS in supported markets.
• Lead the team managing and growing the business that enables developers to access these platforms and technologies.
