About The Position

Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to lead our growth throughout Montgomery County and surrounding communities. This is not a role for someone who waits for leads. We're looking for a proven sales professional who thrives on opening doors, making cold calls, asking for the business, and building long-term referral partnerships. If you've built a territory, consistently exceeded sales goals, and have strong relationships in healthcare or senior care, we want to talk to you. This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up with the backing of one of the nation's most respected home care brands. Since 2002, Senior Helpers has been one of the nation's leading providers of in-home senior care and is proud to be a Great Place to Work® Certified company. At Senior Helpers of Silver Spring, you'll have the autonomy to build your market, the support of an experienced leadership team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families. Your success will be recognized—and rewarded.
