Bureau Veritas is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive regional growth across our full Due Diligence service platform throughout the Midwest. This role is focused on expanding new business tied to both environmental and property condition assessments that support commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, refinancing, dispositions, development, and portfolio management across a relationship-driven and steadily active region. This position serves as the face of Bureau Veritas’ integrated due diligence offering, bringing together environmental, building sciences, and specialty consulting services. The Director will partner with lenders, private equity, owners, developers, brokers, and legal advisors to deliver clear, defensible insights that keep deals moving.
