The Director of Business Development is responsible for building and nurturing physician and physician group networks within the assigned geographic market (Kansas and Nebraska). This role involves identifying growth opportunities, recruiting new physicians, supporting out-of-market recruitment, and helping to grow procedure volume and retention with in-network physicians. The position also involves identifying and assessing other growth opportunities such as M&A and referral relationships. The role requires supporting market and facility leadership in maintaining and deepening relationships with physicians, with the primary outcome of increasing net revenue and AEBITDA through successful physician recruitment, productivity, and utilization.
