The Medicus Firm (TMF), a part of M3USA, is a national healthcare recruitment firm seeking a Director of Business Development. This role involves managing efforts in a 2-5 state territory, scheduling webinars and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to secure signed contracts, and traveling to the assigned region 5 days per month. The successful candidate will contact and build rapport with hospital/practice administrators to understand their practice needs and recruiting efforts, maintain organization within the territory, and provide timely information and follow-up. The role requires effectively presenting information and responding to questions accurately through various channels, including webinars and phone calls. The ideal candidate is a healthcare sales consultant experienced in working with hospital CEOs, Vice Presidents, and Director-level healthcare executives.
