About The Position
Company is looking for a Director of Business Development to drive our next phase of growth across North America. This is a high-impact, strategic role reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer — ideal for a seasoned MedTech BD leader with deep experience in medical injection molding and Class II/III medical device contract manufacturing and a strong network of OEM relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years in BD within medical device contract manufacturing
- Deep expertise in medical injection molding & Class II/III single-use and electromechanical devices
- Established network of senior-level industry decision-makers
- A consultative, results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding targets
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic market expansion and new revenue growth
- Build and manage high-value relationships with medical device OEMs
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, PM, Sales & Marketing
- Shape long-term commercial strategy alongside the CCO and leadership team
