Pixly is looking for a talented and versatile Business Development Director to join our team. This person will be a key driver of growth for our full-service influencer marketing agency. This individual will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with Pixly’s brand and performance-focused influencer marketing solutions. This person will lead pitch teams in conceptualizing and delivering thinking that positions the agency to win. Strong experience in new business development and creative strategy in the influencer space are required. Candidates should have a strong track record of leading/winning pitches, with demonstrable strategic leadership and a passion for delivering innovative thinking. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on actively driving new business. The ideal candidate has deep brand sales experience, a strong network of decision-makers at leading brands, and the ability to build relationships that result in high-value, long-term client partnerships. Pixly is headquartered in San Francisco with parent company offices in Los Angeles and New York. Our strong preference is for this role to be based in one of these hub locations (SF, NY, and LA). In rare cases, we may consider exceptional candidates in other major markets.
