About The Position
TransPerfect, an industry leader in language and business support services, helps businesses navigate the global marketplace by offering translation, multicultural marketing, website globalization, legal support, and technology solutions. The Director of Business Development position is with TPT Digital, a rapidly growing full-stack digital agency formed in 2019 as an independent division of TransPerfect Translations. TPT Digital leverages the support of its parent company, whose clients include over 80% of the Interbrand Top 100 global brands, to deliver excellence in global digital marketing strategies, specializing in multi-faceted global campaigns executed at scale.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in a client facing role or business development position
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter comfortable with a high degree of accountability
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital
- Grow and develop a team of account executives
- Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope
- Work closely with client service and production teams to ensure that all projects are handled appropriately with keen attention to detail and a focus on measurable success
