About The Position

CDL Nuclear Technologies is a national leader in cardiac imaging and nuclear medicine solutions, partnering with health systems across the country to expand access to advanced diagnostic care. Our CardioNavix platform supports hospital-based cardiac PET programs that improve clinical outcomes and drive operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience selling into hospital systems, with exposure to IDNs and GPOs
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver client-focused solutions
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to travel up to 75 percent
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Drive hospital system growth by building and maintaining relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL’s presence across key markets.
• Acquire and expand accounts by identifying new opportunities, negotiating agreements, and increasing utilization within existing hospital partners.
• Manage contracts and accounts by overseeing agreements from negotiation through implementation and ongoing account management.
• Enhance the customer experience by strengthening long-term partnerships through high service levels and responsiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth initiatives and product expansion.
• Leverage market insight by developing a strong understanding of CDL’s business model, performance drivers, and hospital market trends.
