The Director of Business Development - Texas Market is responsible for building and nurturing physician and physician group networks within the assigned geographic market. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, recruiting new physicians, supporting out-of-market recruitment, and helping to grow procedure volume and retention with in-network physicians. The position also involves identifying other growth opportunities such as M&A and driving relationship building with referral sources. The primary outcome of this role is to increase net revenue and AEBITDA through successful physician recruitment, productivity, and utilization.
