Leading Path Consulting seeks to hire a Business Development Director in support of federal accounts, primarily focused on US Government pursuits. In this role, you will establish new business relationships for the purpose of securing new subcontracting clients and contracts. The Business Development Director will be responsible for their individual sales, which will equate to sales for the entire company. This person is recognized as a business professional who brings qualified sales experience within the Government/IC industry and possesses the ability to implement a Business Development strategy and execute goals set forth for the company. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for formulating and executing strategy as well as developing and qualifying a pipeline to support the growth of business in Technical Implementation, Software/Data Engineering, AI/ML Data Science, Systems Development/Support and Cyber.
