Our Directors of Business Development are experienced sales professionals who own revenue growth through new member acquisition. As a Director of Business Development, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and building relationships to delivering compelling virtual presentations and closing new memberships. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role designed for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment. You’ll partner with small and mid-sized business owners, uncover their challenges, understand their growth goals, and demonstrate how CertainPath’s resources, systems, and community can help them build more successful businesses. You’ll be supported by marketing-generated opportunities, while also owning outbound prospecting efforts to build and maintain your personal pipeline.
