About The Position

Reeves Young is seeking a Director of Business Development for their Water Resources division in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, researching, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with the company’s long-term vision and core markets. The position requires a blend of relationship-based business development, disciplined market research, strategic planning, and team leadership. The Director will build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key partners, and plan/execute relationship-building activities such as client appreciation events, industry networking events, jobsite visits, and internal engagement opportunities. They will also identify and evaluate new markets, sectors, clients, and delivery methods for growth.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in construction business development, operations, or preconstruction.
5+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
Established network within the Southeast construction market.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
