As Director of Business Development, you’ll introduce clients to our industry-leading CCMS technology and services—helping them streamline content operations, improve global collaboration, and accelerate time-to-market. This is a high-impact role for a driven business developer who wants to partner with top brands, drive digital transformation, and shape the future of intelligent content management worldwide.

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in business development
  • BS/BA required or equivalent work experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Internet and related technologies
  • Willingness to learn new techniques, be open to challenges, and thrive on success

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospects/clients and deliver sales presentations
  • Create customized project proposals and cost estimates
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Aggressively pursue new business opportunities with prospective as well as existing clients
  • Work closely and in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager during the creation of project proposals and project launches
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in vertical markets/look for new ways to grow business within vertical markets
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Achieve sales quota to meet and exceed the established minimum
  • Provide open, clear two-way communication at all corporate and client levels to ensure alignment with meeting strategic goals - domestic and/or international
