About The Position

Puget Sound Pain Clinic is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial healthcare leader to serve as our Director of Business Development & ASC Administrator. This is a senior leadership position combining ambulatory surgery center administration with business development, strategic growth, financial analysis, and execution of new initiatives across an established, growing physician-owned specialty practice. We are looking for a proven healthcare operator who can identify opportunities, develop sound business cases, and lead approved initiatives from concept through implementation. The successful candidate will serve as a co-Administrator of our ambulatory surgery center, work closely with our RN Manager/Director of Nursing and Practice Manager, and partner directly with physician ownership on growth initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving healthcare organizations and wants the ability to directly influence their growth.
