About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic media and digital marketing, with 5+ years of management experience.
- Experience with both agency and in-house media.
- Demonstrated curiosity and drive to build new capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Expand Uline’s media approach beyond Uline’s traditional channels by introducing new platforms, partnerships and sponsorships that increase reach and impact.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of Marketing professionals, setting a clear vision for excellence.
- Own campaign performance, establishing metrics, evaluating results and translating insights into smarter strategies.
- Partner with senior leaders, especially the Creative and Direct Marketing teams, providing concise updates on campaign performance, insights and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key media partners and vendors to leverage new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
