Poo-sition Overview: TUSHY’s Director of Brand Marketing will steer, sharpen, and scale our decade-old brand as we move from ~3 million bidets sold to making bidets—and an entire ecosystem of gut-to-butt-to-bowl wellness products—ubiquitous in America. You will be integral to building the brand that drives the adoption of our great products and drive adoption of a category at <10 % U.S. household penetration barrier with spiky, culture-driving work. You will broaden our bathroom mandate by launching new lines (AI poop-tracking app, gut health products, high-end luxurious bidets, are all products launching this year alone). You will turn education & destigmatization into conversion across media touchpoints, anchored by a clear funnel narrative and KPI set. This position is currently hybrid with expectation to be present at least 3 days a week in our Dumbo, Brooklyn (NY) office.
