Oversee annual enrollment, vendor contracts, and audits. Oversee and manage benefits & retirement fund (403) (b) for the organization. ADP benefits liaison to payroll. Prepare compliance filings: 5500, 1095-C, WRAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212. Administer FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and Workers’ Comp. Manage OSHA tracking and reporting. Partner with Finance on cost analysis and forecasting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration. 7+ years in benefits and compliance leadership. Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, OSHA, and FMLA. Project management skills. Strong analytical and vendor management skills. Schedule: Hybrid Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
  • 7+ years in benefits and compliance leadership.
