The Director of Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness provides operational direction and leadership for Academic Affairs processes and for program assessment and accreditation compliance through SACSCOC and other institutional accrediting bodies. This position supports the SACSCOC Institutional Liaison in the preparation and submission of the Ten-Year Compliance Certification, the Fifth-Year Interim Report, the Annual Enrollment Report, the Institutional Financial Profile, and substantive change submissions, as well as assisting individual academic programs with their discipline accreditation self-studies, evidence, reports, and visits as needed. The Director interacts with University administration, faculty, and staff to ensure compliance issues are being appropriately evaluated and resolved. This position reports to the Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness.
