We’re seeking an experienced, AI-native Director of Sales Operations & Enablement to serve as a cross-functional leader responsible for building the AI-powered systems, tools, data, and processes that drive our business development engine. This is someone who doesn’t just use AI occasionally—they embed it into every workflow, automate relentlessly, and treat AI fluency as a core professional competency. The role also partners closely with field leadership, ensuring teams are well trained, properly enabled, informed, and fully activated to drive referral growth. This position owns reporting and analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, onboarding, and market activation. You will sit on the Growth Leadership Team alongside Regional VPs and work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
