Director of AI & Business Automation

Rise Real EstateJacksonville, FL
$200,000 - $225,000

About The Position

This position is intended for an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated history of building and deploying enterprise-grade solutions in complex operating environments. RISE is a vertically integrated real estate company across development, construction, property management, and asset management. As the organization continues to grow, RISE is investing heavily in artificial intelligence, automation, enterprise systems, workflow orchestration, and operational intelligence. Our goal is simple: create a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven business that allows our teams to focus on high-value work, improve decision-making, and support long-term growth. We are building the operating platform that will support the next phase of the company's evolution. RISE is seeking an experienced Director of AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems, enterprise automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across the organization. The primary objective of this role is to build our digital twin. They will identify opportunities, build workflows, and deploy solutions that enhance work quality, improve decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and create scalable operating systems across multiple business functions. The initial focus of this role will be identifying and deploying high-impact AI and automation solutions across the organization while establishing Digital Twin initiatives. This is not a traditional IT leadership role. It is not a strategy-only position. It is not a role for someone whose experience begins and ends with AI tools or prompt engineering. We are looking for a builder. Someone who has personally designed, deployed, and maintained production-ready AI systems, applications, automations, workflows, and data architectures that deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will help shape the future operating model of a vertically integrated real estate company operating across development, construction, property management, and asset management.
