About The Position
Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD) is looking for a compassionate and motivated leader to join our team as the Director of Adult Development Programs. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting adults with developmental disabilities while leading a dedicated team in a positive and rewarding environment.
Requirements
- Experience in Human Services required
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Adult Clinical Services programs
- Supervise and mentor coordinators and staff
- Ensure quality care and compliance standards are met
- Help create meaningful opportunities for members to grow and succeed
- Oversee daily operations, documentation, staffing, and program development
- Build positive relationships with members, families, staff, and community partners
