Director of Admissions
About The Position
The Director of Admissions will be responsible for coordinating admissions to the facility through generating referrals, developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources, conducting tours of the facility for interested parties, processing referrals, signing in new patients, assigning physicians, and coordinating all details between hospital, doctor, center, and field staff. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
- Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic
- Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility
- 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry
- 2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Must be a team player, highly organized and have a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- 3 (+) years in long term care admissions is preferred.
- Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with strong focus and determination.
- Marketing experience a plus.
