We’re looking for a Director of Administration to lead and elevate the administrative teams who support our financial services professionals’ business across annuities, life insurance, investments, and advisory services. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring that the behind-the-scenes engine of our organization runs seamlessly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services operations, administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  • Strong working knowledge of annuities, life insurance, investments, and advisory services
  • Active Series 65 license
  • Active Life and Health Insurance license
  • Proven ability to streamline processes and lead through change
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop administrative teams supporting annuity, life insurance, investment, and advisory operations
  • Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and reducing risk
  • Partner cross-functionally with financial services professionals, compliance professionals, and company leadership to ensure a smooth and compliant client experience
  • Establish and monitor metrics to measure team performance and service standards
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that support business growth
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements across all supported product lines
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
