About The Position

The Director, Occupational Medicine maintains and grows the occupational medicine service line, providing coordinated leadership across administration and operations. The leader establishes effective strategies for programs, products, and processes with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, and customer experience. The leader manages all Occupational Medicine implementation tasks for new clinics as well as new clients. This position is responsible for supporting the mission and maintaining a strong working relationship with staff members throughout the organization. The Director of Occupational Medicine will maintain frequent contact with vendors, patients and community organizations when indicated.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in occupational medicine.
• Experience in administration and operations.
• Strategic planning abilities.
• Experience with program, product, and process development.
• Experience managing implementation tasks for new clinics and clients.
• Ability to support organizational mission.
• Strong working relationship skills with staff.
• Experience with vendor, patient, and community organization relations.
