About The Position
Manages the operational activities and the nursing staff of assigned patient care areas. Coordinates patient care services with other departments.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field is required.
- Current licensure and a RN by the KBN or compact state license.
- BCLS certification required.
- Five years' experience in med/surg nursing or closely related field with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred within 3 months, not to exceed 6 months from the date of hire.
- Certification in associated area of expertise is preferred.
