About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead marketing for North America, our largest region. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for building and executing a data-driven regional strategy that drives new customer acquisition, expands our existing customer base, and strengthens Culture Amp's brand across the region. The role sits within our Growth Marketing team and reports to the VP of Growth Marketing. This role can be based in our Chicago, Austin, or New York hubs. A willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives is a must!

Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, predominantly in enterprise software or SaaS, with a strong track record in regional marketing and team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute data-driven regional marketing strategies that support growth from both new and existing customers.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments.
A natural collaborator, comfortable working across sales, SDR leadership and global marketing teams to land on a shared plan and see it through.
Comfortable working with AI tools in marketing execution, with the enthusiasm and ability to help a team adopt them.
Proven experience strategically managing regional marketing budgets, optimising spend and investing for the best return.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
Ability to review and interpret business and marketing data, drawing insight and taking data-driven action, using tools such as Salesforce, Looker and Amplitude.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a data-driven North America marketing strategy that drives new customer acquisition, expands the existing customer base, and supports the region's growth targets.
Align the North America marketing strategy with the region's sales and customer experience (CX) strategy, ensuring pipeline generation and customer experience move together.
Build and maintain close partnerships with sales leadership, sellers, SDR leadership and SDRs. This partnership is critical to achieving pipeline and growth targets across the region.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing North America marketing team, building a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
Identify where AI tools can accelerate campaign delivery, content production and reporting, and embed them into the team's ways of working.
Build the team's fluency with AI tools and lead the change management required to adopt new AI-enabled workflows.
Partner with your fellow leaders in the Growth marketing team, which includes demand generation, ABM, the website, lifecycle marketing, SDR and regional leaders from EMEA and APAC, to bring global programmes to life in North America and represent the region's priorities back to the global team.
Partner with the broader global marketing organisation, which owns brand, comms, PR, social, and solutions marketing.
Own the strategy and execution of regional events, trade shows and webinars, creating brand experiences that generate high-quality leads.
Manage the North America marketing budget, optimising the allocation of resources and investing where it will generate the best return.
Establish KPIs for marketing programmes and use data-driven insight to test, adjust and continuously improve the regional strategy.
