Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience in sales and management with extensive sales experience.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical and electrical related systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and written and oral communication skills.
  • High energy level.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in the English language.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading national sales and service operations to meet or exceed assigned revenue, bookings, and profitability goals.
  • Driving a cohesive sales growth strategy.
  • Ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Providing leadership that delivers consistent performance across all national accounts.
  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the organization.
  • Leading staff on the promotion of products, networking understanding competitor products and activity.
  • Hiring, retaining, evaluating, and improving sales leaders and their sales representatives (including personal development plans for each business line sales leader).
  • Working with manufacturing reps and distributors.
  • Responsible for territory expansion.
  • Creating and implementing sales processes and metrics to ensure the continuous improvement of those processes.
  • Direct selling processes; including identification of new customers ad sales channel management.
  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies|maintaining relationships with established customers.
  • Profit and loss responsibilities including; sales forecasting, margin tracking, DSO control, managing costs.
  • Negotiating Agreements; Communicating Effectively.
  • Establishing Relationships.
  • Acting Strategically.
  • Supporting Organizing Goals.
  • Creating and Maintaining Networks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
