The Director, Peer Enablement & Coaching, is responsible for the global performance, consistency, and effectiveness of all coaching and peer pod enablement functions. This leader ensures that every member receives a high-impact, framework-aligned experience through world-class coaching, disciplined peer facilitation, and measurable business outcomes. This role oversees coaching strategy, pod captain enablement, framework adherence, coaching quality, pod health, and operational accountability across all peer programs globally. The Director will drive scalable systems, standards, training, and performance management to ensure consistent execution and measurable member success.
