About The Position

Gridlines is a rapidly growing financial modelling consultancy practice that is transforming the world of financial modelling. We help our clients make complex financial decisions quickly and with confidence, working with exciting clients that are making a big impact on the world. We are looking for talented individuals to join us as we continue our rapid expansion. This role involves leading, developing, and inspiring a team of modelling professionals to review financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable.

Requirements

• Exceptional individuals who can demonstrate core values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence.

• A respected leader within the model audit sector
• In-depth expertise in Project Finance
• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial model audit, currently working at a senior level within an established financial model audit practice.
• An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts
• Degree qualified in a numerate discipline

Nice To Haves

• An accounting qualification beneficial
• A postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
• Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the growth and development of the model audit team [In Country]
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments.
• Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead in the planning of resources across the team
• Develop and inspire a market-leading team
• Instil a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Lead in the growth of the model audit practice [In country]
• Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business
• Lead in the development of client pitches
