Requirements

  • Proven expertise in category and financial management with a strong track record of profit and loss ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive category and channel strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing teams, including talent development and performance management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to drive price leadership and favorable terms.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and digital tools to inform merchandising decisions and optimize assortment.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
  • Exceptional business planning and product strategy capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 5 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
  • OR 7 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
