About The Position

Overlake Medical Center is seeking a proven nursing leader to become their next Nursing Director for Medical Surgical Nursing. The selected candidate will provide clinical and inspirational leadership for the General Surgery & Bariatrics, Orthopedic & Spine Surgery, Extended Recovery Unit, Medical Unit, Renal Dialysis, Clinical Education & Nursing Professional Development departments. The role requires sustaining a culture of high engagement, commitment to quality outcomes, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required.
• Minimum five years of related acute care management experience is required.
• Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field strongly preferred.
