About The Position

Our current Director of Medical Surgical Nursing has been selected as Overlake's next Chief Nursing Officer. This has created an opportunity for a proven nursing leader to become our next Nursing Director. If selected, you'll provide clinical and inspirational leadership for the following departments: General Surgery & Bariatrics, Orthopedic & Spine Surgery, Extended Recovery Unit, Medical Unit, Renal Dialysis, Clinical Education & Nursing Professional Development. We're searching for a leader who can sustain the culture of high engagement that these departments are known for. A commitment to quality outcomes and operational excellence are also essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required.
• Minimum five years of related acute care management experience is required.
• Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field strongly preferred.
