The New York Times' Advertising team is looking for a Director, Measurement and Insights. As the Director, Measurement you will manage an experienced team, ensuring they present campaign performance to clients. You will also develop benchmarks that guide future campaigns and creative strategies. You will lead the team responsible for evaluating campaign effectiveness across all New York Times sub-brands. As the Director, Measurement you will guide the measurement roadmap to enhance client relationships and solidify their trust in The Times as an advertising partner. This is a hybrid role based in our New York headquarters, reporting to the Senior Director, Measurements, Audience and Insights. You can typically expect to be in the office 3 days per week. The Director, Measurement responsibilities include leading the development of tools that ensure we are bringing performative products to market. These responsibilities also involve consulting with clients on the effectiveness of their advertising through data-driven narratives. Additionally, you will build new privacy-first solutions that progress our portfolio of campaign performance offerings.
