As a dedicated Director, MarTech Content & Workflow Design, you will lead the Association-wide transformation of content management and workflow capabilities while serving as a hands-on practitioner, combining strategic vision with deep platform expertise. Owns and continuously enhances tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Workfront, and DAM, ensuring seamless integration across the MarTech ecosystem. Builds and scales a high-performing team of practitioners and configuration specialists, fostering strong technical capabilities, workflow innovation, and operational excellence. Drives adoption, alignment, and measurable impact through cross-functional partnerships, while mentoring talent and establishing a culture of continuous improvement. Ensures a future-ready content infrastructure that evolves with industry trends and elevates customer experience. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
