The role will lead the North American beverage mixes portfolio strategy and execution, with responsibility for driving business and brand performance across market share, revenue, and profitability. Develop and execute a compelling business and brand strategy for the North American beverage mixes portfolio, with clear KPIs tied to market share, revenue, and profitability. Lead end-to-end portfolio management across renovation, innovation, brand positioning, pricing strategy, and in-market execution in the U.S. and in partnership with Canada. Champion cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiencies, unlock resources for brand investment, and create long-term value. Act as a visible and influential leader across internal partners, including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning, as well as external stakeholders such as agencies and retail partners, ensuring alignment and high-impact delivery. Leverage consumer insights, market analytics, and business performance data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Lead both as a coach and contributor, shifting effectively between hands-on management of critical details and high-level strategic leadership. Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and consumer advocacy. Bring strong business leadership, including P&L management experience, brand strategy expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, including capital expenditure projects. Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels of the organization, while leading with resilience, pragmatism, and comfort through ambiguity and change.
