About The Position

WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is experiencing aggressive growth, transforming the home improvement chore of painting into a seamless experience. They are a technology-enabled marketing and operational engine supported by a network of franchise owners. This role is for a data-first Marketing Director who is a builder, capable of auditing the current marketing ecosystem, addressing immediate needs, implementing temporary solutions, and systematically building a world-class marketing foundation. The ideal candidate thrives on ownership, enjoys high-velocity startup environments, and can translate long-cycle marketing data into actionable strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a track record of leading growth in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or franchise environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in synthesizing multi-channel marketing data (CRM, Google Analytics, paid search/social) into clear, actionable executive summaries and operational game plans.
  • Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of modern web architecture, digital user journeys, and conversion optimization strategies tailored to multi-touch consumer behaviors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-ROI marketing outcomes.
  • Adaptability to navigate an evolving landscape, high emotional intelligence to influence independent stakeholders, and a relentless drive to execute.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to look at customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and complex multi-channel attribution data over extended lead time, translating those numbers into an aggressive, actionable growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the end-to-end marketing roadmap by synthesizing performance metrics across all channels to optimize marketing spend, reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Elevate and protect the WOW 1 DAY PAINTING brand identity by leading the creation of fresh brand assets and localized campaigns to build consumer trust and amplify presence across North America.
  • Strategically own the web ecosystem by leveraging web design and CRO literacy to continuously upgrade the consumer website, ensuring a frictionless experience that maximizes booking conversion rates.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Franchise Partners, translating complex marketing insights into scalable toolkits, systems, and digital strategies to enable local market dominance.
  • Curate and lead an ecosystem of elite agencies and freelance vendors, managing these relationships to maximize output across web development, paid media, SEO, and creative production.
