Evaluate and recommend commercial terms and operational conditions for gathering transportation, fractionation, and purchase contracts for NGLs. This role involves managing NGL Contract NGL Purchase/Sales/Storage Exchange Agreements and NGL/LPG Exports. The position requires ensuring accurate and timely entry of executed deals into internal systems (Allegro), maintaining alignment between commercial terms, confirmations, and mark-to-market reporting. A key responsibility is to analyze domestic and international NGL/LPG market fundamentals, infrastructure developments, and arbitrage opportunities to inform commercial decisions. The role also includes negotiating new or renegotiating existing agreements, becoming an expert on existing agreements to ensure compliance with pricing, measurement, commitments, and other contract provisions. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to coordinate volume and other key commercial data. The Director will work with all areas of the company to analyze and disseminate market information to senior management, financial, legal, and operational departments. This includes providing economic and market area evaluations to ensure production flows timely and to the highest netback markets. The role involves developing and/or maintaining models for the Midstream and Marketing departments, staying abreast of key trends and market conditions, and communicating them to internal stakeholders. Preparation and presentation of executive-level material on key business projects, strategic recommendations, and market conditions are also required. The position will assist with various projects and other duties assigned by managers.
