About The Position

Oversees Marketing department by developing plans to promote, revenue generation, brand image, company services and create campaigns for lead generation and promotion. Conduct market research in areas of TAM refinement, industry specialization and design go to market plans for specific products, services, or business lines. Review changes in the marketplace and recommends marketing strategy to the top management. You are humbly confident and use your knowledge to build confidence without being a “know-it-all.” You successfully fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities: You will provide STRATEGIC OVERSITE to the position by: Developing marketing strategies for the business by identifying customers' current and future needs; working with sales, services, and partners to understand in the development of monitoring the competition. Preparing effective advertising campaigns based on market research and continuous learning and testing within campaign execution. You will utilize your ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS to efficiently: Work with Sales, Product Management, and Services Leadership to understand client’s needs and challenges by industry segment and develop strategic campaigns based on key buyer personas as well as sales leads and business development. Make recommendations for campaign improvement based on data. You will use your PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS to inspire and coach your team by: Having the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. You will use your COLLABORATIVE SKILLS to: Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization. Forecast, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget. Support the Company by completing all other job duties as assigned. Build a roster of external skills and partners to direct work in areas of content, creative, event management, web site execution and digital marketing. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management required.
  • 7+ Years of Marketing Experience required.
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the criteria of ISG’s insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.
  • Mental stability and emotional intelligence that enables you to meet all the requirements and qualifications of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
